1. Visitor Visa is a single-entry visa which is valid for 30 days stay in Indonesia with the purpose of Tourism, Government Visit, Business Meeting, Goods Purchasing, or Transit only.
2. The validity period of Visitor Visa is different from the period of stay in Indonesia. The validity period of Visitor Visa is 90 days, as stated on Visitor Visa. If foreigners holding Visitor Visa come to Indonesia after the 90 days period, they must apply for a new Visitor Visa, visa on arrival at the airport, or other types of visas.

Holders of travel document other than passport (Laissez Passer, Titre de voyage, Travel Document, Document of Identity, Certificate of Identity, Alien Passport, Alien Travel Document, Emergency Travel Document, Emergency Passport; or Temporary Passport) are not eligible to apply Visitor Visa.

Processing Time
1. Most tourist visas are processed within 5 (five) working days.
2. We will send the visa to the registered email after your application is approved. Your visa application may take longer to process if the information required for your visa is incomplete or missing.

With this visa you can
Conducting activities related to tourism, visiting friends or family, and transit Attend as a participant at meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions. You must:
1. Be staying in Indonesia for visit purposes only.
2. Be financially sufficient during your stay in Indonesia.
3. Comply with all visa conditions and Indonesia laws.
4. Respect local customs, culture, and wisdom.

Other information
1. You can extend this visa or convert it into another visa or stay permit.
2. You are prohibited from staying in Indonesia after your stay permit expires.
3. You are prohibited from carrying out any profit-making activities in any form.
4. You are prohibited from attending events as a speaker.
5. Performing prohibited activities, not complying with the terms of your visa, and/or not complying with the laws of Indonesia may result in you paying fines, being
deported, and/or other legal charges

Document Requirement
1. Passport valid for at least 6 (six) months (for holders of travel documents other than passports such as emergency passports, documents of identity, etc. must be valid for 12 months).
2. Personal bank statement with minimum amount USD $2000 for Visit Visa or equivalent the last 3 months period (including name, date of period, and balance account).
3. A recent color photograph.

Visa Validity
1. This visa must be used to enter Indonesia within a maximum of 90 days from the date of issue.
2. Please note that the validity period of the visa is different from the period of stay, please check your visa for information on the period of stay.

Indonesia eVisa terms and conditions include complying with all visa conditions and laws, respecting local customs, having sufficient funds ($USD 2000 or equivalent)For Visit Visa, and not engaging in any profit-making activities. The visa must be used within 90 days of issue, and you are prohibited from overstaying the granted period of stay or working.

General conditions
Compliance: You must comply with all visa conditions and Indonesian laws. Disrespecting these can lead to fines, deportation, or other legal consequences.
Financial sufficiency: You must have sufficient funds to cover your stay, with a minimum of $USD 2,000 or equivalent as proof of living expenses.
Respect customs: You must respect local customs, culture, and wisdom.

Activities
Prohibited activities: You are prohibited from any form of profit-making activities, such as working or selling goods/services.
Prohibited actions: You are prohibited from attending events as a speaker. Visa validity and duration
Visa validity period: The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue, meaning you must enter Indonesia within this timeframe.
Period of stay: The period of stay allowed is different from the visa validity period and will be specified on your eVisa.
Overstaying: You are prohibited from staying in Indonesia after your period of stay expires.
Extensions and conversions
Extensions: You may be able to extend this visa or convert it into another type of stay permit.

Generally, there is no refund for an Indonesian e-visa once it has been submitted for processing, especially after it has been approved. Refunds are possible only before the application is sent to Immigration, and a processing fee will be deducted. If the e-visa is denied due to incorrect information, no refund will be issued, and the application fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refund conditions
Before submission: If you cancel and request a refund before your application is submitted to Immigration, a deduction of a 10% administration and payment fee will be made from the total amount, according to Visas for Indonesia.
After submission: Once an application has been submitted to Immigration for processing and payment has been made, a refund is not possible.
After approval: Refunds cannot be issued once your e-visa has been approved.

Important considerations
Errors: If your e-visa application contains incorrect information, it will be invalid and a refund will not be issued.
Passport: The same passport used for the e-visa application must be used to enter Indonesia. If you get a new passport before your trip, you should wait to apply for the e-visa, as the fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Denied application: If Immigration denies your application, some third-party service providers may refund a portion of your fee, but typically an administration and visa fee will be deducted

CANCELLATION AND REFUND If you cancel your application and request a refund before the application has been submitted, a 10% administration & payment fee will be deducted from the amount.

APPLICATION SENT FOR PROCESSING
If your application has been submitted to Immigration for processing and payment has been made, a refund will not be possible, if you cancel your order. Refunds can neither be issued once your e-VISA has been approved.

DUPLICATE APPLICATIONS
Do Not Submit Duplicate Visa Applications

While your visa application is being processed through us, please do not apply for another visa through a different agent, individual, or platform. Submitting multiple visa applications at the same time will result in automatic cancellation of the previous application by the Indonesian Immigration system.

If this happens, your application will be rejected, and the visa fee is non-refundable as stated in our terms and conditions. If your application is canceled because a second visa was submitted elsewhere, we will notify you via email with a screenshot of the rejection status and your official reference number from the immigration system. To avoid this issue, please wait until your visa is issued and received from us before considering any other application.

VISA APPLICATION DENIAL & ERRORS
If your e-VISA application is rejected by the Indonesian Government, which is beyond our control and we cannot issue any refund.
Any visa denials or complications arising due to errors or false information provided by the applicant, no refund can be granted.


REFUND METHOD & TIME
Credit card refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your account. Refunds can only be issued to the account holder from which the payment originated. Refunds will be processed within 21 business days from the date of your email request to our Customer Center at info-evisa@gevisaidn.com.
Bank transfer refunds will incur fees from your bank, not from Gevisa Indonesia. Refunds will follow the currency rate set by the Indonesian bank.

FORCE MAJEURE & CLOSURE OF BORDERS
In cases of unexpected events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or political disruptions, we reserve the right to amend or temporarily suspend our refund policy. Any updates will be communicated promptly to our customers.

We adhere to the regulations set by the Indonesian Government. If changes in regulations, such as border closures, render your approved e-VISA invalid or expired, we are unable to provide a refund.
