Generally, there is no refund for an Indonesian e-visa once it has been submitted for processing, especially after it has been approved. Refunds are possible only before the application is sent to Immigration, and a processing fee will be deducted. If the e-visa is denied due to incorrect information, no refund will be issued, and the application fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refund conditions
Before submission: If you cancel and request a refund before your application is submitted to Immigration, a deduction of a 10% administration and payment fee will be made from the total amount, according to Visas for Indonesia.
After submission: Once an application has been submitted to Immigration for processing and payment has been made, a refund is not possible.
After approval: Refunds cannot be issued once your e-visa has been approved.
Important considerations
Errors: If your e-visa application contains incorrect information, it will be invalid and a refund will not be issued.
Passport: The same passport used for the e-visa application must be used to enter Indonesia. If you get a new passport before your trip, you should wait to apply for the e-visa, as the fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Denied application: If Immigration denies your application, some third-party service providers may refund a portion of your fee, but typically an administration and visa fee will be deducted
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
If you cancel your application and request a refund before the application has been submitted, a 10% administration & payment fee will be deducted from the amount.
APPLICATION SENT FOR PROCESSING
If your application has been submitted to Immigration for processing and payment has been made, a refund will not be possible, if you cancel your order. Refunds can neither be issued once your e-VISA has been approved.
DUPLICATE APPLICATIONS
Do Not Submit Duplicate Visa Applications
While your visa application is being processed through us, please do not apply for another visa through a different agent, individual, or platform. Submitting multiple visa applications at the same time will result in automatic cancellation of the previous application by the Indonesian Immigration system.
If this happens, your application will be rejected, and the visa fee is non-refundable as stated in our terms and conditions.
If your application is canceled because a second visa was submitted elsewhere, we will notify you via email with a screenshot of the rejection status and your official reference number from the immigration system. To avoid this issue, please wait until your visa is issued and received from us before considering any other application.
VISA APPLICATION DENIAL & ERRORS
If your e-VISA application is rejected by the Indonesian Government, which is beyond our control and we cannot issue any refund.
Any visa denials or complications arising due to errors or false information provided by the applicant, no refund can be granted.
REFUND METHOD & TIME

Refunds can only be issued to the account holder from which the payment originated.

FORCE MAJEURE & CLOSURE OF BORDERS
In cases of unexpected events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or political disruptions, we reserve the right to amend or temporarily suspend our refund policy. Any updates will be communicated promptly to our customers.
